YU FO, SUKI, EL SENZA KIMONO are made to order so please allow 7-14 days for production.

RETURNS
All items except custom orders can be exchanged or refunded within 7 days from date of delivery.
If you would like to return or exchange your order please email Info@Heyami.co.uk for the returns address.
You must return at your own cost and your HEYAMI must be in its original condition. Items will be inspected upon arrival and returned to the sender if they do not meet these requirements.
You must return any goods with tracking details so we can follow your parcels journey and ensure it does not get lost.
